Victoria Mutual Finance Limited engages in cash remittance and cheque cashing services at the following locations as well as through its agents:
United Kingdom
VM Overseas (UK) Ltd. is the official representative office of Victoria Mutual in the UK. It serves potential and existing customers by providing information on products and services, handling queries, issuing ABC (Automatic Bulk Clearing) deposit booklets and processing bank lists. It also accepts withdrawal requests from walk-in customers and forwards them to the Customer Service Centre. In addition, it forwards withdrawal requests from VMF's branch office.
UK Field representatives facilitate the opening of new accounts and provide information to potential and existing customers.
Canada
VM Overseas (Canada) Inc. is the VM Canadian representative office. It functions as a service bureau for the society's customers in Canada. They are able to obtain product or service information, begin the process of opening new accounts or mortgage applications which are further processed in Jamaica.
United States
The VM Florida office acts a liaison between the society's chief office in Jamaica and prospective or existing customers in the US. It solicits business, markets products and services and provides customers with account information.
